NBN Glacier [startup]

In an attempt to get some new startup lists on NRDB, members of Rigging Up are going to be publishing deck-lists as we play them around release and prove they aren't complete garbage to each other, to help give options to those wanting to net-deck.

Iterating on Mirror_Mirror's deck, I identified a few things I wanted improved:

• Nanomanagement felt too cute for all our influence, greasing the palm acheives largely the same effect of FA, gains us 2 rather than losing 4, costs less so we can run 3, and punishes tags, which the deck otherwise did not do.
• the 6 1 pointers felt real bad into Hermes, and caused a lot more flooding, so go down to 11 agendas.
• the deck was missing 2 of the best NBN ice in format: Doomscroll and N-Pot

Kingmaking might be a little sad now , but the other option is Orbital Superiority which is basically a blank 4/2 anyway.

You can probably cut Regolith Mining License now that we have Offworld Office tbh, but having too much money is better than too little.

The goal here is to glacier up so you can stay as Gemilang, and then use your four clicks (or five clicks if you play Predictive or Petty) to just IAAA(A) the agendas from hand.
