Not knowing what packs you do have makes things rather difficult to advise on, so I'll go with what I see and what cards are available in those packs.

Personally, I'd consider dropping the public sympathy since you're not running Stimhack. If you're running PS to compensate for no Plascrete, I wouldn't both, since it's a trashable resource if you're tagged.

Personal Workshop might be an idea to help drop costs and give you build time, but then you really have to avoid tags!

I'd get rid of R&D interface and use the influence for either parasites, datasuckers or Mediums and use this deck as an R&D bomb. Maybe consider Indexing? At worst it will force them to pop their Jacksons.

I wouldn't bother with CyberSolutions Mem Chip - just way too expensive for such little extra memory that's not needed. Maybe Akamatsu mem chip?

I know you're running Scavange but it might be worth considering Retrieval Run if you can spare the influence, as an unprotected archives would net you a datasucker token and an install of a tashed Femme for only 3 credits! Speaking of which, not sure 3 Femme's are needed. 2 should be ok, and use a different program.

Thanks for the comments I did think about datasucker, and now you have given me some other things to think about.

Also saw I used the wrong memchips. Forgot I don't have cyber exodus so couldn't use test run so will try something else.
