The Rich want to keep you Poor!

Ozvaldo 8

So this started off as an attempt to make a deck out of an ID that doesn't see much play. And then with tweaks after every play test, I reckon this is good enough to surprise some runners...

This deck is about credit denial, forcing runner to go click gain credit

The idea is to rez an ad each turn, in yours and then in theirs

A typical starting play would be install two ads and ice up RD or HQ. Rez 1 ad in your turn, and then as soon as their start, rez another. Sure gamble in their hand looks silly! If you have a CPC Generator you gain money when they try to recover

Some runners could afford to trash your ads, you can get them in mass via Ad Blitz

If runners run and trash, you wage an Economic Warfare against them, and hit them with Hard-Hitting News.

If they dont have enough cash to remove tags, BOOM!

CSR Campaign helps you get your pieces faster

I've played this not caring how much I have, I just rez. If they run to get agendas they struggle to steal Bellona, some refuse even. Some dont have enough cards in play to steal Degree Mill. 1 runner conceded after I scored Artificial Cryptocrash

Last but not least, this by any means is not a tournament deck, its jank that has some return. If others can improve this further, it would be exciting to see this in develop... the best runners would be those who just dont interact and accumulate a lot of money and cards and just Stargate or Deep Dive

best of luck!

The enigma was meant to be Whitespace, more credit denial

@OzvaldoThis is a great deck that I've been playing around with and gotten to 50% win rate after 10 games.

netrunnerdb.com

Biggest differences are dropping BOOM! as tag punishment for Market Forces and The All-Seeing I instead. Most decks seem to be teching against meat dmg, but it's a lot harder to tech against cred/resource denial. I added ASI in case they're heavy on the PAD Tap so it's easier to keep them poor without going broke yourself.

Removing Boom frees up space to slot in Seamless Launch as a fast advance option for Cryptocrash.

Still messing around with the ads, but it seems that the cred ads deliver the most bang for buck. Also experimenting with different ice. Funhouse is not great, but it can slow the runner down with having to clear the tag or provide value with your tag punishment cards. Whitespace never did anything for me tbh, the turtle gets through it for nothing and not enough runners facecheck for it to give value. Likewise, Ad Blitz never delivered enough value to make slotting more than 1 feel worth it.

The deck does really well against decks that tend to run credit poor or have a lot of setup needed to get running, so much so that I feel bad sometimes ^^;. On the other hand, rich runners roll through this deck like it's nothing.
