ok so maybe the name is pushing it a bit, there's only one daruma left and in most games it's an anemone fodder :'c but i like the little guy and it can lead to some fun mindgames (or a teia install the blood in the water in the second remote because the runner ran last click)

the idea in theory is to cheekily tax cards instead of money, with daniela data loop, anemone and surprise snares (but still one surveyor left for good measure and also deckbuilding is hard). During the tournament there was a point where an opposing lat had 40 credits and a turbine doomrig set up, but only 1 card left in the stack and DJ Fenris in the heap, making the remote somehow quite secure!

another very rare but satisfying scenario that happened to me twice was : runner makes a run second to last click to a snare, spending the last click clearing the tag, while a fuji is cooking in the remote thanks to la costa. With them left a little strapped for cards, next turn i was able to score fuji and then a blood in the water in the same turn for game, which is a good feeling

this deck can also betray you (early bacterial steals can sometimes help remedy that, and spin/mindscaping but not always), and being la costa or vovo-less is not good

This went 2-0 in the rounds and lost in the cut! it was very fun and everyone was very nice, thanks a lot for the tournament!
